This amending Act modifies the Federal Universities of Agriculture Act, Cap. F22, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004, by adding the Federal University of Agriculture and Technology, Obioakpa Orukanam, Akwa-Ibom State, to the universities established under the principal Act.
